Aurora, IL December 5, 2011 – Designed Alloy Products is pleased to welcome John Cruickshank to the team as Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer.
John has 21 years of international experience in the metals industry and has worked in corporate and operational roles in both public multinational and privately owned companies. He comes to us from a similar position at New Star Metals, Inc. and was previously with Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. in Canada and Corus America Inc. in Chicago.
A Scotsman, John currently resides in the Chicago northwestern suburbs. He and his wife have two married sons and two grandchildren.
In his spare time, John enjoys playing golf and works with the Countryside Association, which advocates on behalf of disabled persons and their families and supports them in their efforts to live and work successfully in their chosen community.
