Adam Weir recently joined Designed Alloys as Northeast Manager, working out of our facility in Derry, PA. He was most recently with North American Hoganas, where he spent the past nine years. In Adam’s new role, he will be handling some broad responsibilities, which include selling certified ingot and scrap materials, expanding our customer base, establishing new sources for scrap, and assisting with melt practices.
Adam has a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Francis College in Loretto, PA. He and his wife have three daughters ages 12, 11 and 7, as well as a 5-year old son. In his spare time, Adam likes fishing and golfing and he also enjoys coaching youth soccer and Little League baseball. Welcome to the Designed Alloys team Adam!
